Founded in 1992 by an Army veteran, Greene Thumb began as a small, family-run business in Indianapolis. After decades of strategic growth and community engagement, the company transitioned to second-generation leadership in 2022.
As a veteran-founded, woman-owned company, we combine skilled field execution with a strong commitment to workforce development and long-term community impact.
